Job Summary:
Support the purchase department in handling orders, vendors, and inventory to ensure smooth material availability for production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and follow up on purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors for price, delivery, and quality.
- Track material delivery and ensure timely supply.
- Maintain records of purchases and stock.
- Monitor inventory and inform for reordering.
- Support store/warehouse for material handling.
- Ensure all purchases follow company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred) or minimum 12th pass.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/store (manufacturing preferred).
- Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP.
