Fitness Manager
Locations - All Over Delhi
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Assistant Fitness Manager to support daily gym operations, lead the trainer team, and drive membership engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Fitness Manager in overall gym operations
- Supervise and guide fitness trainers and floor staff
- Ensure high member engagement and retention
- Drive personal training (PT) revenue targets
- Conduct fitness assessments and program design
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and equipment standards
- Assist in sales conversion and membership upgrades
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in fitness industry
- Experience managing trainer teams
- Strong sales & target orientation (PT revenue focus)
- Certification in Personal Training (K11 / ISSA / ACE preferred)
- Good communication & leadership skills

As per industry standards + Incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
