Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Student Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through our enrollment process. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, counsel students on course selection, manage documentation, and meet enrollment targets, ensuring a positive student experience.
- Inquiry Management: Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly.
- Student Counseling: Guide students and parents regarding courses, fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads into firm admissions to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Documentation: Assist with the completion of admission forms, documentation, and enrollment formalities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain proactive follow-ups with prospective students through CRM systems.
Eligibility : -
- 1+ years of working experience as Career Counselor or relevant role with a proven sales track record.
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
