We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Field Marketing & Sales department. In this role, you will be the driving force behind promoting and enrolling residential customers in the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads, conduct door-to-door and community outreach, and guide potential beneficiaries through the application process, ultimately accelerating the adoption of solar energy solutions in the target region.
- Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct proactive door-to-door visits in designated residential areas to identify and engage potential beneficiaries, generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. Scheme Promotion: Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits, eligibility criteria, and application process of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana to homeowners and community members. Customer Education: Educate potential customers on the financial and environmental advantages of installing rooftop solar panels under the government scheme, including subsidies, net metering, and reduced electricity bills. Application Assistance: Guide and support applicants through the entire registration and documentation process, ensuring all required forms and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, local community leaders, and influencers to foster referrals and positive wordof-mouth for the scheme. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of sales activities, leads generated, applications filed, and customer feedback using designated CRM tools and reporting formats. Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer pain points in the field to help refine sales strategies. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to lead generation, application conversion, and customer satisfaction. Coordination: Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and other internal teams to ensure seamless handover of applications and address any customer or process-related issues.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
