Arya Medical Billing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Patient Calling Executives to join our US Healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls related to medical billing, payment follow-ups, and insurance queries while maintaining professional communication with US patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding medical bills, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups
- Explain billing details, insurance information, and payment options to patients
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with US patients
- Update patient account details and call status in the system accurately
- Coordinate with the billing and RCM team for issue resolution and payment tracking
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending balances and patient queries
Required Skills
- Good English communication skills with a neutral accent
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and Patient Calling process is preferred
- Experience in international calling or interacting with US clients will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
