Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Recruiter with proven expertise in field sales hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for frontline sales roles across multiple geographies. The candidate must possess strong stakeholder management skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring within strict TATs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field sales and frontline sales positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultancies, and field hiring drives.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and manage interview processes, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates for bulk and lateral hiring requirements.
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined timelines and quality parameters.
- Track recruitment metrics including closures, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, consultancies, and local hiring channels.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and update ATS/HRMS regularly.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of field sales recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, EdTech, Retail, or similar industries.
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in high-volume field sales hiring is mandatory.
- Experience in managing walk-in drives and campus/field recruitment campaigns will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
