About The Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving lead generation and business growth through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This is a leadership-level execution role where you will work directly with the Founding Team to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking complete ownership of performance marketing activities and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role is heavily focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with SEO and Social Media Marketing serving as supporting channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly lead generation and growth targets while continuously improving campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Important Requirement
Applicants with less than 5 years of relevant digital marketing and performance marketing experience will not be considered.
This position is strictly for professionals who have substantial hands-on experience managing advertising budgets, lead generation campaigns, performance optimization, and growth marketing initiatives.
Core ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Take ownership of monthly lead generation targets and marketing performance goals.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- Conduct audience research, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven improvements.
- Implement and maintain tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to the Founding Team.
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Social Media & Brand Growth
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives and content strategy.
- Create content for reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Increase engagement, reach, audience growth, and content performance.
