Job Summary
We are looking for a Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) who will be the first point of contact for patients and their families.
This role is about listening, guiding, and supporting patients through their care journey.
This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with patients and family members (in person, on phone, WhatsApp)
- Understand patient concerns and explain next steps clearly
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and basic documentation
- Support doctors by ensuring smooth patient flow and communication
- Build trust and long-term patient relationships
