Job Title: Accountant (Fresher / 0–2 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who want to build a career in accounting and finance. Candidates with internship experience in accounting or finance will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Handle invoices, billing, and expense tracking
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (basic level)
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance or related field
- Internship or 0–2 years of experience in accounting preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate should have their own laptop
Compensation:
- Probation Period (First 3 Months): ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Post Probation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
