We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage and train service and kitchen staff
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback
- Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and stock levels
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Track sales, costs, and profitability metrics
- Implement local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant, café, hospitality, or food service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory management, costing, and reporting
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
