We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the infrastructure construction segment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in B2B business development, knowledge of concrete mix designs, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure construction sector.

Maintain and grow relationships with key clients through effective Key Account Management (KAM).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.

Drive sales initiatives including payment collection, sales pipeline development, and revenue targets across the assigned region.

Demonstrate sound knowledge of concrete technologies, mix designs, and chemical additives/admixtures.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to meet delivery and service standards.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic inputs to the Zonal and Business Heads.

Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Polymer / Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
Master’s degree in Engineering / MBA (Preferred).
Experience:

10 to 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure construction business development.

Preference for candidates with major experience in B2B (Industrial) sector exposure.

Deep understanding of concrete technologies and construction applications.

Proven experience in strategic sales, client acquisition, and retention for Corrosion Inhibiting additive especially in liquid CI.
