Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth by developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for increasing referrals, expanding market reach, and promoting diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate referrals and increase patient footfall for diagnostic services.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare institutions and corporate clients.
- Promote diagnostic packages, preventive health check-ups, and specialized tests.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Organize awareness programs, health camps, and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives and branding activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or hospital marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of healthcare and diagnostic services.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
