Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oil Tank Warehouse. The role involves supervising loading and unloading activities, managing inventory, ensuring safe handling of petroleum products, and maintaining operational efficiency while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily loading and unloading operations of oil tankers and related materials.
- Monitor inbound and outbound movements to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and transfer of oil and petroleum products.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections of tanks, equipment, and warehouse facilities.
- Prepare daily operational reports, stock reports, and movement records.
- Manage warehouse manpower and allocate tasks effectively.
- Investigate and report operational discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
- Ensure housekeeping standards and safe working conditions within the warehouse.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in oil, petroleum, chemical, or tank farm operations.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,763.48 per month
