- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the Chinese kitchen section.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Monitor stock levels and reduce food wastage.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.
Demi Chef de Partie – Tandoor
- Prepare and cook tandoor items such as kebabs, naan, and tikka.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the tandoor section.
- Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and food quality standards.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely.
- Supervise Commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during busy hours.
- Monitor stock levels and control food wastage.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
