Position: MIS Executive
Location: Surat
Experience: 1–3 Years (Textile Industry Preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and reports to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, experience handling large datasets, and preferably exposure to textile manufacturing, merchandising, inventory, or production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments including Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch.
- Generate reports related to fabric consumption, production planning, stock movement, and order tracking.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Track production efficiency, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.
- Assist management in data-driven decision-making by providing meaningful insights and trend analysis.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather information and resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain records and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience in the Textile, Garment, Fabric Manufacturing, or Apparel industry preferred.
- Knowledge of textile production processes, inventory management, and order management will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
