Job Title: Resort Manager
Location: Morjim, Goa

Budget - 35K/Month in Hand
The Resort Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the resort and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. The role includes supervising all departments, leading the team, managing budgets, improving occupancy and revenue, and maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns.
- Lead, train, and supervise resort staff.
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, expenses, and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to increase bookings.
- Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, etc.).
- Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
- At least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or beach resorts is preferred.
