Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and audit requirements.
- Update accounting systems and spreadsheets with accurate data.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ( SAP, etc.).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Diploma in Accounting or related certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Experience 2 to 3 yrs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
