About the Role
We’re looking for confident and result-oriented Academic Counselors to connect with students and parents, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students & parents on courses and career options
* Handle leads through calls, walk-ins & follow-ups
* Conduct outbound calls and generate admissions
* Convert leads into enrollments
* Maintain student records and achieve monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
* Any Graduate
* 0–3 years experience in Academic/Admission/Student Counseling
* Education/EdTech experience preferred/mandatory
* Excellent English & Tamil communication
* Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
