Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive work environment while supporting the company's business objectives and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
- Work closely with department heads to meet staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in immigration, visa consultancy, travel, or service-based organizations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,855.76 - ₹33,193.68 per month
