Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and manage monthly content calendars for organic and paid campaigns
- Oversee content creation including captions, reels, short videos, carousels, and static posts
- Coordinate with design, video, and performance marketing teams
- Monitor platform performance and analyze insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and brand interactions
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
- Support influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and algorithms/updates
- Experience managing multiple brands or business accounts
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Canva or similar content tools, AI tools for Content Generation
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience analyzing metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Ability to translate insights into actionable content improvements
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing or branding agency
- Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn)
- Understanding of performance funnels and lead generation strategies
- Exposure to influencer marketing and collaborations
- Experience with short-form video trends (Reels, Shorts)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
