Think Positive Immigration is a leading immigration and education consultancy helping students, families, and professionals achieve their international education, visa, and immigration goals. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and team.
Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, leading the team, driving sales and client conversions, maintaining service quality, and ensuring smooth delivery of immigration and education consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor sales performance, leads, follow-ups, and client conversions.
- Handle and resolve client queries and escalations professionally.
- Guide the team regarding study visa, visitor visa, immigration, and related services.
- Develop strategies to increase branch sales, enquiries, and client acquisition.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with senior management and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and branch performance data.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and compliance standards are followed.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of the branch.
- Identify new business opportunities and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Experienced candidate with a strong background in immigration, education consultancy, sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of immigration and/or overseas education processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, client-handling, and conversion skills.
- Ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
- Target-oriented, organized, and highly motivated.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
