Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing high-quality seafood dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of seafood dishes including fish, prawns, crab, calamari, and other specialties
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control
- Handle cleaning, storage, and proper processing of seafood products
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Assist in menu planning and development of seafood offerings
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and seafood procurement requirements
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
- Expertise in fish filleting, grilling, frying, and seafood presentation
- Understanding of food safety and seafood handling standards
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Teamwork and kitchen coordination skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in seafood cuisine
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in seafood cafés, coastal cuisine restaurants, hotels, or resorts
- Knowledge of Goan, Coastal Indian, Mediterranean, or Asian seafood preparations
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
