Experience: 1-3 years in Field Sales / B2B / Retail Sales
Salary: CTC per month + Incentive+ Perks
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Visit retail stores, home decor shops, architects, interior designers, and corporates in Pune/Mumbai/Maharashtra
2. Promote and sell our range of artificial plants, vertical gardens, and decor products
3. Generate new leads, build client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets
4. Handle product demos, quotations, and order follow-ups
5. Market feedback & competitor tracking in the assigned territory
Requirements:
1. Based in Pune
2. Good communication & negotiation skills
3. Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven
4. Prior experience in home decor/furniture/lifestyle sales is a plus
