We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Architect will be a key leader in our technical team, responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, guiding development teams, and ensuring the overall architectural integrity and success of Salesforce implementations. This role requires deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and a strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and security best practices.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architectural standards.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data models, security models, integration designs, and custom development needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Design and oversee the implementation of integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware, etc.).
- Define and enforce data governance strategies, including data migration, data quality, and data security standards.
- Conduct technical reviews of code and configurations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with architectural guidelines.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their applicability and impact on current and future solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration guides.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior developers and technical team members.
