Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and Manage Project Plan, Schedule and Budgets. Ensure that all projects are delivered
2) Develop projects scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3) Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
4) Lead and Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Lead project planning session to set project goals, timelines and budget
5) Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and environmental regulations.
6) Monitoring project progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed. Measure Project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
7) Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly
8) Manage project documentation and records.
9) Identify and implement process improvement for future project
10) Manage relationship with clients and all stakeholders including third parties/ vendor
