Overview:
A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enable enterprise service management and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through analysis, design, and development

Develop and configure ServiceNow components (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, catalog items)

Build integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Perform testing, validation, and deployment across environments ensuring solution quality

Contribute to platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value
Qualifications:
- Strong development experience in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies

Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (NowAssist, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, etc.)

Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog development

Knowledge of ITIL processes and agile delivery methodologies

Integration design and enterprise system experience
