Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization's overall business strategy, operations, and growth. The ideal candidate should have extensive leadership experience in the real estate and construction industry, with a proven track record in project development, business expansion, financial management, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, business strategy, and growth plans.
- Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Lead and mentor senior leadership teams across Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and investment planning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation across the organization.
- Review project performance, business risks, and strategic initiatives through regular MIS and management reports.
- Represent the company in high-level business meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, collaboration, and high performance.

- Proven experience leading large-scale residential, commercial, township, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of land acquisition, project lifecycle, finance, sales, legal, and statutory approvals.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational growth and profitability.
- Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage complex business operations.
- High integrity, strategic thinking, and excellent decision-making capabilities.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
