Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated AP Chemistry Tutor with a minimum of 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience to support high school students preparing for the AP Chemistry exam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging one-on-one AP Chemistry tutoring sessions.
- Teach concepts in alignment with the official AP Chemistry curriculum.
- Assess student strengths and areas for improvement and create personalized learning plans.
- Provide clear explanations of complex chemistry topics and problem-solving strategies.
- Assign and review practice questions, quizzes, and exam-style problems.
- Provide worksheets and practice materials after every session to reinforce learning and track progress.
- Monitor student performance and offer regular feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching or tutoring AP Chemistry.
- Strong understanding of the AP Chemistry curriculum, exam structure, and scoring guidelines.
- Ability to create or curate high-quality worksheets, assignments, and revision materials.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science Education, or a related field.
- Experience with online tutoring platforms is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of helping students achieve strong AP Chemistry scores.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and interactive learning resources.
Pay: ₹500.00 per hour
