Retubing Superviosr manages the replacement and repair of tubes in industrial equipment like heat exchangers, boilers, and condensers. They lead teams of technicians, ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards, and keep maintenance projects on schedule.
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical certification/I.T.I..
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, with several years specifically in heat exchanger retubing within the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors.
- Skills :Strong knowledge of tube expansion tools, hydraulic pullers, blueprint reading, and English communication
