Job Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and identify learning, developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs of children.
- Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Speech and Language Delays, and other developmental concerns.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Counsel and guide parents regarding intervention strategies and child development.
- Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic development of children.
- Prepare therapy materials and educational resources as needed.
Qualifications
- Special Educator: B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education (RCI Registered preferred).
- Psychologist: M.A./M.Sc. Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
- RCI Registration preferred where applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
