- Role Title: Fashion Consultant

- Expected Salary: 18,000+ per month (depending on experience + performance incentives)
Key Responsibilities
- Personalized Styling & Consulting: Greet grooms, groomsmen, and clients celebrating major events. Understand their event themes, preferences, and color palettes to recommend the perfect wedding suits, tuxedos, sherwanis, and matching accessories.
- Trial & Fit Management: Conduct fitting sessions and trials. Work closely with clients to ensure crisp tailoring, identifying minor alteration needs to provide a bespoke, high-end look.
- Rental Operations & Booking: Guide clients through the rental packages, coordinate booking dates, process billing, and clearly explain security deposits or return terms.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly store sales and rental targets through active engagement and upselling complementary accessories (brooches, ties, pocket squares).
- Inventory & Visual Standards: Keep the rental collection pristine. Manage store displays, organize stock by size/style, and ensure garment quality is consistently checked after dry-cleaning rotations
