Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented architect to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, drawings, and 3D visualizations and coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
- Create 3D models and visual presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
- Prepare material specifications and design documentation.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Conduct site visits to verify execution as per approved drawings.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and interior teams.
- Monitor project progress and maintain design quality standards.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and material selection.
- Maintain project reports and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
