We are looking for a skilled and dedicated PCB Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team in Hosur. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB soldering, component assembly, and basic quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform through-hole and SMD PCB soldering as per requirements.
- Assemble electronic components on PCBs accurately.
- Perform soldering, de-soldering, and rework activities.
- Inspect solder joints for quality and defects.
- Identify and rectify soldering issues such as dry solder, solder bridges, and improper joints.
- Follow production, ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of PCB assemblies.
- Support testing, inspection, and rework activities as required.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PCB soldering / electronics manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of soldering tools and equipment.
- Experience with soldering iron, hot air station, and basic rework tools.
- Good understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly.
- Ability to read basic PCB layouts / component markings is preferred.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
Qualification
- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / ECE / related technical field.
- ITI or equivalent technical qualification may also be considered.
