Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage employee documentation and HR operations
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
- Support payroll inputs and employee engagement activities
- Handle joining formalities, induction, and exit process
- Maintain HR MIS and reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee grievance handling
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and internal stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and HR policies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
