Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and oversee a comprehensive multi-channel marketing
roadmap covering Digital, Content, and Offline Marketing initiatives.
- Lead Generation & Growth: Work closely with the Sales and Admissions teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified student leads and enrolments.
- Offline Marketing & Outreach: Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as campus visits, seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, banners, pamphlets, and local promotions.
- Brand Positioning: Define and maintain Skillmount’s brand voice across all platforms,
ensuring consistency and differentiation in the EdTech space.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Academics to promote courses and with
Placement teams to highlight student success stories, and employer partnerships.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, including digital, content, and offline marketing resources.
- Performance & Data Analysis: Track and report on ROI, conversion rates, Customer
Acquisition Cost (CAC), and effectiveness of both digital and offline campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
within the EdTech sector.
- Digital Expertise: Proven track record in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads), SEO, social media strategy, and content marketing.
- Offline Marketing Knowledge: Hands-on experience in planning and executing ground-level marketing, outreach programs, and hiring-related promotions.
- Communication: Strong storytelling, content writing, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data for decision-making, campaign optimization, and
budget allocation.
- Leadership: A self-driven leader capable of building and scaling a marketing department from the ground up.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
