Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and scale paid campaigns entirely within the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max).
- Optimization & Bidding: Conduct regular keyword research, manage bidding strategies, and optimize quality scores to lower Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
- A/B Testing: Create compelling ad copy and extensions, performing continuous A/B testing to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Analytics & GA4: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to identify performance bottlenecks and build comprehensive weekly performance reports.
- Budget Management: Monitor daily and monthly ad spend to ensure budgets are utilized efficiently while meeting target performance metrics.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience: Mandatory minimum of 1 year of core experience handling paid campaigns on Google Ads.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting.
- Traits: Strong analytical mindset, sharp attention to numerical data, and excellent communication abilities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
