Position Summary:
The Program Manager: IT/OT Convergence is responsible for leading a multi-year, enterprise-scale program to design, build, and operationalize Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure across 20+ global manufacturing sites. This role drives the convergence of IT and OT environments, migrating manufacturing applications into a standardized, secure, and scalable OT infrastructure. The Program Manager oversees hardware lifecycle management (ordering, delivery, and commissioning), coordinates cross-functional dependencies with security, network, and infrastructure teams, and ensures alignment with Client & industry standards. This is a senior program management position requiring deep expertise in IT/OT convergence, industrial control systems, and large-scale multi-site program delivery within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- PMP certification required; SAFe, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are a plus
- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT/OT program management, industrial infrastructure delivery, or manufacturing technology in a regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site OT infrastructure deployments in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated manufacturing environments
- Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence principles, the Purdue Model, ISA-95/ISA-88 standards, and industrial network architectures
- Experience managing hardware procurement and commissioning lifecycles at scale (servers, switches, firewalls, edge devices)
- Strong background working with security, infrastructure, and network teams in converged IT/OT environments

Expert knowledge of OT systems including SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, historians, and batch control systems
- Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and IT/OT network segmentation strategies
- Experience in pharma () space with knowledge of GxP compliance and manufacturing & supply chain complexities
- Strong grasp of finance principles including multi-year budget forecasting, capital planning, variance analysis, and financial reporting within IT organizations
- Proven ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams and vendor ecosystems
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to work independently and handle simultaneous tasks
- Attention to detail with the ability to view the larger picture
- Consistently model behaviors of accountability and ownership through excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and group facilitation skills
- Ability to tailor communication to technical teams, executives, and end-users
- High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, PowerBI (or SQL Server Reporting Services) with experience using Microsoft Project Server and/or other portfolio management tools
Travel Requirements:
0–10% travel required to support site deployments across the global manufacturing network intensity during key deployment phases.
