*JOB DESCRIPTION: International Sales & Marketing Team Leader*
* Responsible for handling international marketing and generating business while leading and managing a team of 8–10 International Sales professionals.
* Building and managing strong relationships with international clients, distributors and business partners across different countries.
* Developing new overseas markets through market research, business development and client acquisition.
* Planning and executing sales & marketing strategies to achieve international business targets.
* Travelling to different countries for client meetings, business development, market visits and strengthening customer relationships.
* Guiding, monitoring and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
* Identifying new market opportunities, customer requirements and cross-selling opportunities within the existing product portfolio.
* Managing negotiations, pricing discussions and commercial requirements with international clients.
* Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key international customers and ensuring business growth.
