Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities:
- Prepare solar PV layouts, SLDs, and system designs for rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Perform system sizing, shadow analysis, and generation calculations.
- Prepare BOQ and technical documentation.
Site Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site installation of modules, structures, inverters, cabling, and earthing.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and safety standards.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site progress reports.
Documentation & Government Coordination:
- Handle project documentation for net metering and subsidy applications.
- Coordinate with TGREDCO, DISCOM, and other authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Prepare and submit required documents, drawings, and compliance reports.
- Support in testing, commissioning, and synchronization process.
- Follow up for net-metering approvals and completion certificates.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar design and site execution.
- Knowledge of TREDCO and DISCOM procedures preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic solar design tools.
- Willingness to travel to sites and government offices.
