About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on AI Automation Developer to spearhead AI adoption across our organization. it's about solving real business problems with practical AI solutions. You'll collaborate with product, operations, marketing, Sales, Finance, and Administration teams to identify automation opportunities, build AI-powered tools, and streamline workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms. What You'll Do Build & Deploy AI Solutions
- Design and implement LLM-powered tools, copilots, and intelligent agents using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and vector databases
- Create custom chatbots and knowledge assistants using internal data and RAG architectures
- Develop AI-driven anomaly detection tools
- Develop AI Agents for JOBs
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2–4 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI implementation
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering
- Working knowledge of LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate), and RAG patterns
- Experience with Fashion Companies and building it’s AI solutions
- Building and deploying JOB AI Agents and Automation
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
