108TYM is a contemporary luxury fashion brand specializing in premium menswear that combines modern design with Indian craftsmanship. We are looking for passionate, creative, and driven Fashion Design Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.
This internship provides exposure to the complete design process—from research and concept development to sampling, production, and campaign preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing seasonal collections.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, colours, and embroidery techniques.
- Create mood boards, design concepts, and presentations.
- Prepare technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator.
- Assist in developing tech packs and design documentation.
- Support fabric, trim, and accessory sourcing.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sampling units, and production teams.
- Assist during garment fittings and implement design changes.
- Organise samples, swatches, and design archives.
- Support photoshoots, campaign preparation, and other creative projects.
- Use AI tools to assist with design research, mood boards, presentations, image generation, and creative ideation.
- Maintain product data, design trackers, and project updates using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Apparel Design.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms for research and creative workflows.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and pattern making.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion and menswear.
