- Lead the overall operations of OPD, IPD, Emergency, OT, ICU, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and Support Services.
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, administration and allied health teams.
- Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and improve patient experience.
- Monitor key operational KPIs such as bed occupancy, average length of stay, patient turnaround time, revenue per occupied bed and discharge efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage hospital budgets, optimize operational costs and improve productivity.
- Oversee facility management, housekeeping, biomedical engineering, security and maintenance.
- Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity and staff performance management.
- Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams to improve claim processing and billing efficiency.
- Support business development initiatives and growth strategies.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead emergency preparedness, risk management and disaster response planning.
- Prepare and present operational and MIS reports to senior management.
What do we look for
- 10–15 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in a multi-specialty hospital (200+ beds preferred).
- Experience with NABH accreditation, hospital quality systems, and healthcare compliance.
- Strong financial, operational and people management skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
