- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and integration.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document application configurations and development processes to maintain clear and accessible records.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios.
- Competence in troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing performance.
Additional Information:
