- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions (offline/online).
- Guide students on career options after 10th, 12th, Graduation & Post-Graduation.
- Assist in course selection, college admissions, and entrance exams.
- Provide information on emerging career trends and job market insights.
- Support students in resume building and interview preparation.
- Maintain counseling records and student progress reports.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement teams.
- Organize career workshops, seminars, and webinars.
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion/admission targets are achieved.
- Maintain database of students and track outcomes.
Pay: ₹11,586.39 - ₹37,843.64 per month
