Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks: filing, data entry, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
Conduct regular outdoor duties: deliver/pick up documents and parcels, visit client or vendor sites, and perform on-site inspections or simple measurements as required.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and field teams to arrange services and follow up on requests.
Collect, verify, and submit paperwork from external locations (invoices, permits, receipts, signed documents).
Assist with inventory checks and transport small equipment or supplies between locations.
Maintain accurate logs of visits, deliveries, and field activities; update office systems accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic safety procedures while working off-site.
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email); comfortable with mobile apps for navigation and reporting.
Organized, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
Basic problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
