Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Senior Telecaller who can effectively handle student and professional enquiries, generate admissions, and drive conversions through strong communication and follow-up strategies. The candidate should have excellent convincing skills, confidence in handling leads, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student and professional enquiries.
- Explain courses, overseas education programs, licensing exams, and career opportunities.
- Conduct strong follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and communication.
- Maintain accurate lead records and daily updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with counsellors and management for admission closures.
- Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospective candidates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Support webinar registrations, seminar follow-ups, and lead engagement activities.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and working professionals.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in Telecalling / Education Sales / EdTech / Overseas Education.
- Experience in counselling or admission process preferred.
