Job Summary
We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect / Junior Architect to join our growing architectural practice. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to contribute effectively throughout various stages of architectural projects—from concept development and planning to detailed drawings, coordination, and execution.
The candidate will work closely with the design team on residential, commercial, hospitality, and other architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design proposals.
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Create and develop 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
- Prepare high-quality 3D models, presentations, and architectural visualizations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Assist in preparing project presentations, client submissions, and approval drawings.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and project teams.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Assist in material selection, façade development, interior detailing, and design coordination.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0–5 years of relevant architectural experience. Freshers with strong design and software skills may also apply.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, planning, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Good knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Software Skills
The candidate should have proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render or similar rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Revit, BIM, V-Ray, or other advanced visualization software will be an added advantage.
