Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct transport visits and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
- Manage all transportation work, including scheduling, coordination, and monitoring.
- Handle logistics leads with timely follow-ups and client interaction.
- Support in deal closing through effective communication and commercial understanding.
- Apply spot closing knowledge to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and transportation records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and transportation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and close deals efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for transport visits.
