Job Description
Techyfe OPC Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Assistant-IT Sales who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our IT and Digital Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly targets and business growth goals.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing Services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.
- Knowledge of IT-related products and services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert leads into clients.
- Basic understanding of CRM and sales tools will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
- 1–1.5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate from IT company or Digital Marketing agency background.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
