Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines as per approved work instructions and production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory for understanding drawings, dimensions and basic drawing-related requirements.
- Set and verify basic machine parameters as instructed.
- Follow approved CNC programs and process parameters.
- Support machine setup, tool changes and job changeovers as instructed.
- Record production quantity, rejection and other required production data.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S at the machine/workstation.
- Follow all company safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Report machine abnormalities, tool wear, breakdowns or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor/Maintenance team.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisor and Quality Department during production and inspection.
- Follow company SOPs, work instructions and quality requirements.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
